Affiliate Terms

Approved affiliates receive a unique promo code that can be shared with their audience.

A qualifying customer who purchases Qwix using your promo code receives the current affiliate discount. The standard customer discount is currently 20%.

Affiliate attribution is based on the promo code used for the purchase. Affiliate links by themselves do not create attribution unless Qwix explicitly introduces that feature in the future.

Affiliate commission rates are based on your current affiliate tier.

Your tier may increase after you reach the required number of qualified referred customers. The current tiers, referral requirements, and commission rates are shown in the Affiliate section of qwixplugin.com or your Affiliate account.

The tier and commission rate shown there at the relevant time determine the commission applicable to eligible sales.

Qwix may update affiliate tiers, thresholds, commission rates, or program features in the future. Updated terms will be reflected in the Affiliate section or these Affiliate Terms.

A referral generally counts toward your affiliate progress when a new customer completes an eligible Qwix purchase using your promo code.

Purchases that are refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, cancelled, or otherwise invalid may be removed from your referral count and affiliate balance.

Approved affiliates normally receive a Qwix license for 30 days so they can use, test, demonstrate, and create content about the product.

If an affiliate brings 3 qualified customers, their promotional Qwix license becomes a lifetime license.

A referral only counts toward this lifetime-license requirement if the related purchase remains valid and is not refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.

Qwix may individually provide a different promotional license period to a particular affiliate.

Self-referrals are permitted.

However, self-referrals may not be used in connection with fraudulent payments, repeated account creation, artificial transactions, abuse of discounts, manipulation of referral counts, or other attempts to exploit the Affiliate Program.

Qwix may remove transactions or referrals that it reasonably determines are artificial, fraudulent, abusive, or created primarily to manipulate the program.

If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled, or determined to be fraudulent, any commission connected to that purchase may be cancelled or deducted from the affiliate balance.

The referral may also stop counting toward affiliate tier progress or the 3-customer lifetime-license requirement.

Affiliates may promote Qwix through their own content, social media, communities, videos, streams, websites, and other legitimate channels.

You may use Qwix branding, screenshots, product footage, and other official materials only for the purpose of accurately promoting Qwix.

You may not:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk promotional messages;
• make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Qwix;
• advertise fake discounts or prices;
• create websites, accounts, profiles, or advertisements that impersonate Qwix or suggest that you are Qwix itself;
• claim to be an official representative, employee, or owner of Qwix unless expressly authorized;
• distribute, share, resell, upload, or provide unauthorized copies of Qwix;
• manipulate purchases, referral counts, commissions, or affiliate tiers;
• use fraudulent transactions, fake customers, or other artificial activity;
• promote Qwix in a way that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to the Qwix brand.

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship where required by the rules or laws that apply to their content.

Your promo code is assigned for use in the Qwix Affiliate Program.

You may share the code publicly unless Qwix specifically tells you that the code is private or restricted.

You may not create misleading promotions around the code, falsely advertise a larger discount, or represent an unofficial discount as an official Qwix campaign.

Participation in the Qwix Affiliate Program is not employment, agency, partnership, or a joint venture.

Affiliates act independently and are responsible for how and where they promote Qwix.

Qwix may suspend or remove an affiliate from the program for fraud, spam, misleading promotion, unauthorized distribution, manipulation of referrals or commissions, serious brand abuse, or violation of these Affiliate Terms.

Where appropriate, invalid or fraudulent commissions may be removed.

Qwix may modify the Affiliate Program, including its tiers, requirements, discounts, commissions, promotional-license rules, or other features.

Material changes will be reflected in the Affiliate section of qwixplugin.com or in an updated version of these Affiliate Terms.
