Qwix is a digital product. Access to the account, license, and installer may be provided immediately after confirmed payment.
After activation
Refund eligibility may be limited after license activation or download, subject to the buyer's mandatory consumer rights.
Request process
Contact support with the order email and purchase reference. Creem may participate in processing the request as Merchant of Record.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the buyer's jurisdiction.
