Terms of Service

Qwix is a digital plugin for Adobe After Effects. Qwix is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe.

Qwix is currently intended for supported versions of Adobe After Effects on Windows and macOS. Current compatibility and system requirements are listed on qwixplugin.com and may change as Qwix or Adobe After Effects is updated.

A standard Qwix purchase gives one individual a personal, non-transferable license to use Qwix on up to 2 of their own devices.

The license does not expire. You may use Qwix in personal and commercial work, including client projects, paid content, social media, and other commercial productions.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or repackage Qwix;
• share your account or license with another person;
• distribute Qwix files or make them available for download;
• claim Qwix, its interface, code, presets, assets, or other included materials as your own product;
• bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to defeat Qwix licensing or activation systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Qwix for the purpose of copying, redistributing, or bypassing licensing restrictions.

If you replace a device, you may manage your active devices through your Qwix account, subject to the device limit.

Some Qwix features, including license activation and verification, may require an internet connection and a Qwix account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Activity performed through your account may be treated as activity authorized by you.

We may suspend or deactivate an account or license where we reasonably believe there has been piracy, license sharing, fraudulent payment activity, abuse of the service, or another material violation of these Terms.

A purchased Qwix license remains valid without a recurring subscription.

Qwix may receive updates, improvements, fixes, new features, or compatibility changes over time. We may modify, replace, add, or remove individual features when necessary to improve the product, maintain compatibility, or address technical issues.

We do not guarantee that Qwix will remain compatible with every future version of Adobe After Effects, operating system, third-party plugin, script, or hardware configuration.

We aim to keep Qwix working as described, but software may occasionally contain bugs, temporary service interruptions, or compatibility issues.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every possible system configuration.

Payments for Qwix are processed through lava.top. Payment information is handled through the payment provider's checkout and payment systems.

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

Qwix, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, presets, documentation, website content, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of Qwix or its applicable licensors.

Purchasing Qwix gives you a license to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of Qwix or any intellectual property rights in the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qwix is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated on qwixplugin.com.

Qwix is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the product, including lost project time, lost profits, lost files, or incompatibility with third-party software.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the product, website, or related services change. The latest version will always be published on qwixplugin.com.

Continued use of Qwix after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
